How do we get our photos?

A link will be sent with your online gallery and you will be able to select your favourites/hero images. These will then be sent for you to download electronically.

How many photos do we get?

Our packages range from 10 to 40 images but we always take a lot during the photoshoot so you can choose to purchase more. If you need a set number of photos we can organise that!

What's your turn around time?

We generally do our shoots on the weekends and aim for a 10 day turnaround. But if you need your images by a certain date we can work to that too.

Can you help us with planning?

Of course! Prior to the shoot we will create a moodboad based on the vibe you want for the photos. We can talk about props, colours and the overall style you are after.

Do you keep the unchosen images?

Yes! We keep all images in your own personal online gallery for twelve months and you can purchase additional images at any time.

Do you accept jobs outside christchurch?

Yes! We've worked with a range of businesses around New Zealand and Australia. If you have a product that you need photographed just send it down and we can courier it back to you. If you are located out of Canterbury and want us to come to you, travel may be invoiced.

Can you create reels too?

Yes we can! Just let us know if you need reels when you submit your enquiry form. The standard rate is $150 per reel.

Do you have any products you would recommend to budding photographers?

Yes! To start with getting your hands on some vinyl backgrounds. I would recommend Everyday Co and use the SNAPSBYG discount code to save $$.
